JOSA Treasure Hunt v2.0

Ahoy there, cybersecurity mateys. The hunt is back.

Gather your crew and join JOSA at BSides Amman for a day of cracking cybersecurity challenges against the clock. Bring your problem solving skills and your digital wits, because only the swiftest crews make it to the treasure.

How it works

Form a team of 3 to 4 and race through a series of cybersecurity challenges. The first three teams to finish take home the spoils:

• First prize: $1,000
• Second prize: $600
• Third prize: $400

When and where

Saturday, 19 September 2026, at BSides Amman: The University of Jordan, King Abdullah II School of Information Technology.

Registration opens at the JOSA booth at 10:00 am on the day of the hunt. Seats are limited, so get there early and sign your crew up before the map runs out.

The JOSA Treasure Hunt is held as part of BSides Amman, where JOSA is a community partner, and is supported by the Drosos Foundation.
